Welcome to Complementary Cancer Therapies.

We are a group of practitioners spread across the North Cambridgshire/Rutland/South West Lincolnshire areas who have an interest in helping people affected by cancer and their carers. Our aim is to:-

• Enable people to live well with their cancer diagnosis
• Access information on complementary therapies that may help them and their carers
• Access a choice of bona fida practitioners
  within the area

Complementary therapies can help you to feel better as you cope with your cancer diagnosis and treatment. We hope that this website will enable you to improve your own wellbeing and health as you discover how certain complementary therapies can help people with cancer.
We acknowledge the important role of the carer and hope that carers will also be able to access therapists who will understand the stress that may arise from caring for a loved one with cancer and offer them support through appropriate treatments.

It is said that complementary therapies can help people with cancer manage their fear and anxiety, as well as reduce some of the symptoms associated with their disease and treatment side-effects. We aim to give you the information you need to enable you to choose the most appropriate therapies with therapists who are qualified and insured and who, in most cases, have attended specific training in caring for people with a cancer diagnosis.
